Cancellation and Refund Policy

We strive to provide the best experience and educational services through our courses and test series for NEET (UG) & IIT-JEE (Mains and Advanced). However, we understand that there may be instances where you need to cancel or request a refund. The following policies outline our terms regarding cancellations and refunds:

1. Cancellation Policy

• Course Cancellations:

  • You may cancel your enrollment in a course or test series within 7 days of the purchase date.
  • Cancellations made beyond the 7-day window will not be eligible for any refund.
  • Once a course or test series is accessed or initiated, cancellation requests will not be entertained.

• Subscription-Based Products:

  • For any subscription-based services, you can cancel your subscription at any time. However, no refunds will be issued for any prior payments made.

• Cancellation Procedure:

  • To cancel a course or test series, you must send a cancellation request via email to our support team at support@gemclasses.com with your purchase details and reason for cancellation.

2. Refund Policy

• Eligibility for Refunds:

  • Refunds will only be issued if the cancellation request is made within 7 days of purchase.
  • If the content has not been accessed or used in any way during the eligible cancellation period, you may request a refund.
  • For digital products like test series or e-courses, once the material has been accessed or the course has begun, no refunds will be granted.

• Partial Refunds:

  • In the event of any technical issues that prevent access to purchased content, a partial refund or rescheduling of access may be offered on a case-by-case basis.

• Refund Processing:

  • Once your cancellation request is approved, the refund will be processed within 7–10 business days.
  • Refunds will be credited to the original mode of payment.

• Non-Refundable Items:

  • Any administrative or registration fees are non-refundable.
  • Any requests for refunds after the 7-day window will be rejected.

3. Changes to the Course/Test Series

• If a course or test series is rescheduled or canceled by Govindam Engineering and Medical GEM Classes Private Limited, participants will be offered either a rescheduled date, an alternative course, or a full refund.

4. Force Majeure

• No refund or cancellation will be entertained for reasons of force majeure, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, or other unforeseeable events that are beyond the control of the company.
